From the DIG, R&S, Vijayawada, Lr.No.E1/269/2010, dated: 27.06.2011. * * * * * ORDER: Whereas, it has been made to appear that Sri Mukunda Rao Patnaik, Sub-Registrar (Retired), while serving as Sub-Registrar, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District during the year 2008 has committed grave misconduct in registering document Nos.821/2008 and 1024/2008 in violation of CARD circular 104 and unnecessarily asked for permission from District Registrar and rescanned the documents and fail to maintain the absolute integrity and unbecoming of a Government Servant in violation of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964. 2. Now, therefore, sanction is hereby accorded under Sub-Clause (1) of Clause (b) of Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate departmental proceedings against the said Sri Mukunda Rao Patnaik, Sub-Registrar (Retired); 3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules 1991.
