FINAL NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) and clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.967, Food and Agriculture Department, Dated.23.11.1976 and G.O.Ms.No.76, Agriculture and Cooperation (Mktg.I) Department, Dated.17.03.2001 read with notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food and Agriculture (Agrl.IV) Department dated 29th day of October, 1968, published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7th November, 1968 Part II Miscellaneous Notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares to exclude the mandals of Palasa part, Vajrapukothuru part from the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Tekkali and Vajrapukothuru part, Palasa part and Mandasa from the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Sompeta for the purpose of creation of separate Agricultural Market Committee, Palasa (the notified area of separate Agricultural Market Committee, Palasa will be with the Mandals of Palasa, Vajrapu Kothuru and Mandasa) for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, livestock and products of the live stock as specified in Schedule II of the aforesaid notification, referred to above and other commodities added to the list from time to time and G.O.Ms.No.286 Agriculture and Cooperation [Mktg.I] Department, Dated.05.07.1994 the intention to make such declaration having been published in part-I extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.44, Dated.24.01.2011 vide G.O.Ms.No.16, A&C (AM.I) Department, Dated.13.01.2011 as required under sub section (1) of section 3 of the said Act.
