FINAL NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) and clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.15 Agriculture and Cooperation (Mktg.I) Department, Dated.11.01.1996 and G.O.Ms.No.967, Food and Agriculture (Agril.IV) Department, Dated.23.11.1976 read with G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food and Agriculture (Agrl.IV) Department, dated 29th day of October, 1968, published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7th November, 1968 Part II Miscellaneous Notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares to exclude Jalamuru mandal from the notified area of the Agricultural Market Committee, Kotabommali, Srikakulam District and include the mandals of Tekkali, Nandigama and Santhabommali, duly deleting from the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Tekkali, Srikakulam District and the notified area of separate Agricultural Market Committee, Kotabommali will be with the Mandals of Kotabommali, Tekkali Nandigama and Santhabommali for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, livestock and products of the live stock as specified in Schedule II of the aforesaid notification, referred above and other commodities added to the list from time to time in G.O.Ms.No.286 Agriculture and Cooperation [Mktg.I] Department, Dated.05.07.1994 the intention to make such declaration having been published in part-I extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.43, Dated.24.01.2011 vide G.O.Ms.No.12, A&C (AM.I) Department, Dated.13.01.2011 as required under sub section (1) of section 3 of the said Act.
