Read the following:- 1. From the Commissioner of AYUSH, A.P. Hyderabad Letter No. 1864/Ayur.1/2011-2, dt. 15-12-2011. 2. Govt. U.O Note. No.20905/I.2/2011-1, Dt.28-1-2012. 3. U.O. Note No. 3623/DPC.II/2012-1, dt. 09-02-2012. <><><> ORDER: The Commissioner of AYUSH, A.P. Hyderabad in the letter first read above has submitted a proposal for placing before the Screening Committee for its consideration to fill up the vacant posts in the cadre of Professor (UG) / Reader (PG) in the department/specialty of Kayachikista Accordingly, the proposal, after scrutiny has been referred vide reference 2nd read above to General Administration (DPC) Department for necessary action. They have conducted Screening Committee Meeting on 09-02-2012 and communicated recommendations vide U.O.Note 3rd read above. 2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby accept the recommendations of screening Committee and approved a panel of names for promotion to the cadre of Professor (UG) / Reader (PG) in the department/ specialty of Kayachikista as follows: Sl.No Name Remarks 1 Dr. B. Murali Mohan, Included Roster point -3 2. Dr. P. Sai Sudhakar Promoted on adhoc basis under Rule 10 (a) Roster point-4 of APS&SS rules, 1996 3. Dr. J. Srinivasulu, Promoted on adhoc basis under Rule 10 (a) Roster point-5 of APS&SS rules, 1996 4. Carry forward, There is no person who belongs to DA/ Roster point -6 (‘’differently Abled’’} category working in the feeder category / seniority list. The Roster point -6 shall be hence carried forward to the next panel year. 3. The above approved panel of names are subject to directions / outcome of O.As /WPs / WAs / RPs / SLPs / CAs etc, if any pending before Tribunal / Courts of Law etc. 4. The Commissioner of AYUSH, shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit a proposal for suitable posting orders quickly.
