State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 to the post of Joint Director of Agriculture in the scale of pay of Rs. 27,000- 51,760/- plus usual allowances admissible under the rules in force from time to time and also follow the instructions issued in Government Memo. No.53975/Ser.D/2000-3, GA (Ser.D) Dept., dated: 9-1-2001 read with Cir.Memo.No.28085/Ser.D/11, dated: 20-10-11, as stipulated in G.O.1st read above. 2. On promotion as Joint Director of Agriculture, G.Jagan Mohan Reddy, is posted as Joint Director of Agriculture (Soil Correlator) O/o C&DA, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy. 3. The appointment order in para –1 above is subject to the following conditions:- (a) It is purely temporary and on an adhoc basis and shall not confer any right for regular appointment. He is liable to be reverted as Deputy Director of Agriculture at any time without notice and without assigning any reason thereof: (b) The appointment is subject to outcome of WPs / WAs/ RPs / CAs etc., if any pending before the A.P. Administrative Tribunal / High Court or any other Courts. 4. Sri G.Jagan Mohan Reddy, should join the promotion post of Joint Director of Agriculture within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If he fails to join or evade joining by applying for leave or otherwise, within the stipulated time, he shall forfeit all his rights both for the present and future for the post of Joint Director of Agriculture without any notice in terms of Rule 11(b) of the A.P.State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules, read with G.O.Ms.No.145 Genl.
