Lr.Rc.No.D2/225/2011, Dt:05.02.2011 of the Director, Backward Classes Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. 2. Lr.Rc.No.D2/225/2011, Dt:14.03.2012 of the Director, Backward Classes Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad 3. Lr.Rc.No.D2/225/2011, Dt:15.03.2012 of the Director, Backward Classes Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. O R D E R : Government after careful examination of the proposals received from the Director, Backward Classes Welfare in the references read above, hereby order for the transfer of 45 Backward Classes Residential Schools from the administrative control of School Education Department to the Backward Classes Welfare Department with effect from the Academic Year 2012-13. 2. Government further order that a new Society shall be registered under the Societies Registration Act, 2001 in the name and style of “Phule Rao AP BC Residential Educational Institution Society (PRAPBCREIS)” to manage the 45 BC Residential Schools transferred from the AP Residential Educational Institution Society with effect from the Academic Year 2012-13. 3. The above transfer of the 45 BC Residential Schools along with the staff already sanctioned by the government to the new Society to be registered shall be subject to the condition that there shall be no additional financial commitment and there shall be no further creation of additional posts. 4. The Director, Backward Classes Welfare is requested to take immediate action for the registration of the new Society in the name and style of “Phule Rao AP BC Residential Educational Institution Society (PRAPBCREIS)” under the Societies Registration Act, 2001. 5. The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institution Society, Hyderabad is directed to hand over all the 45 BC Residential Schools to the Director, Backward Classes Welfare immediately along with the posts sanctioned by the government from time to time.
