Income Tax – Payment of Income Tax by the State Government in respect of Hon’ble
Minister for Backward Classes Welfare for the Financial Year 2011-12 (Assessment
year 2012-13) by Government – Sanction of expenditure towards payment of Income
Tax – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
Under Clause (4) Section 3 of AP Payment of Salaries and Removal of
Disqualification Act, 1953 (Act 11 of 1954) Income Tax in respect of the Hon’ble
Minister for Backward Classes Welfare is to be paid by the State Government for the
Financial Year 2011-12 (Assessment Year 2012-13) on worked out and indicated
below:

2. Sanction is, therefore, accorded for the payment of Rs.1,56,844 (Rupees One
Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Four Only) towards the payment of
Income Tax for the Financial Year 2011-12 (Assessment year 2012-13) in respect of
the Hon’ble Minister for Backward Classes Welfare by the Government.
3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account of “2013 – Council of Ministers – M.H.101 – Salary of Ministers and Deputy
Ministers – 04 – Salary of Minister and Deputy Minister – 010 – Salaries – 011 Pay”.
4. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, A.P., Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad
shall draw and issue a cheque for Rs.1,56,844/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Six Thousand
Eight Hundred and Forty Four Only) in favour of DDO, Backward Classes Welfare
Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad, A/c No.62026181713 and the same may be
handed over to Finance (CCS) Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad to pay
Income Tax in respect of Hon’ble Minister for Backward Classes Welfare by way of
Challan.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
rules in force.
