O R D E R:
In the reference 8th read above, orders were issued extending the clinical
attachment facility for the students of C.K.S.Teja Institute of Dental Sciences &
Research, Tirupati with S.V. Government Medical College and S.V.R.R. Hospital,
Tirupati for teaching / training of their students for a further period of one year
from 7.03.2011 to 6-3-2012 as per the terms and conditions stipulated in
the references 1st, 2nd, 4th & 7th read above and in relaxation of the
condition of time stipulated and also ordered that the institution shall
pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- per annum per student for all
payment seats only during the extended period of one year
i.e. 7-3-2011 to 6-3-2012.
2) In the reference 9th read above, the Chairperson, C.K.S.Teja
Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Tirupati, has stated that the
clinical attachment facility for teaching / training of their BDS students
with S.V. Medical College, Tirupati for basic sciences and S.V.R.R.
Govt. Hospital, Tirupati for clinical subjects on payment of attachment
fee fixed by the Government in the reference 8th read above is going to
expire on 7-3-2012. She has further stated that the syllabus for Dental
students is 40 hours of clinical work for an academic year and huge amount is
required to establish a Dental College by private management, which makes it
unviable to construct and maintain a 100 bedded hospital. Moreover, it was
ordered to pay an amount Rs. 50,000/- for all payment seats which is practically
very difficult and requested to consider their case with mercy. She has therefore
requested to issue clinical attachment facility for a period of ten years.
3) In the reference 11th read above, the Director of Medical Education
(Academic) has stated that CKS Teja Institute of Dental Sciences and Research
Tirupati has already availed the clinical attachment facility for a period of (10)
[P.T.O.]:: 2 ::
years with SV Medical College, Tirupati & SVRR Government General Hospital,
Tirupati and requested the Government to issue necessary orders on the
request of the CKS Teja Institute of Dental Sciences for extension of clinical
attachment facilities for another period of (10) years.
4) Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby extend the
clinical attachment of C.K.S.Teja Institute of Dental Sciences and Research,
Tirupati with S.V. Government Medical College and S.V.R.R. Hospital, Tirupati for
teaching / training of their students for a further period of five years from
07-03-2012 as per the terms and conditions stipulated in the references 1st, 2nd,
3rd, 4th & 6th read above and in relaxation of the conditions of time stipulated and
the institution shall pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- per annum per student for all
payment seats during the extended period of five years from 7-3-2012 as per
the orders issued in the reference 6th read above.
5) The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad / Principal, S.V. Govt.
Medical College and the Superintendent, S.V.R.R. Hospital, Tirupati shall take
necessary action accordingly.
