G.O.Ms.No.330/Health, dt. 26/3/1976 of Health, Housing & Municipal Administration Department. 2. From the President, Vijay Marie Hospital and Educational Society, Khairatabad, letter dated 4-1-2012. 3. Govt. Letter No.1203/K1/2012-1, dt.20-1-2012 of HM&FW(K1) Deptt. 4. From the Chairman, High Power Committee, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.210/HPC/2012, dt.28-1-2012. *** ORDER: In the G.O.1st read above, orders were issued according permission to recognize the Vijaya Maria Hospital, Hyderabad as a training centre for General Sick Nursing and Midwifery. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the President & Provincial Superior, Vijay Marie Hospital and Educational Society,, Khairatabad, Hyderabad has informed that they have opened a Nursing School attached to Vijaya Marie Hospital in the year, 1976 and Govt. issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.330/Health, dt. 26/3/1976 of Health, Housing & Municipal Administration Department wherein there is a spelling mistake in the name of the Nursing School. Further, in all their correspondence in establishment of School of Nursing, the name was mentioned as Vijaya Marie, but in the G.O. issued and printed as Vijaya Maria. 3. Therefore, the President & Provincial Superior, Vijay Marie Hospital and Educational Society,, Khairatabad, Hyderabad has requested the Government to rectify the mistake. 4. In the reference 3rd read above, a copy of the letter of President & Provincial Superior, Vijay Marie Hospital and Educational Society,, Khairatabad, Hyderabad was forwarded to the Chairman, High Power Committee for his remarks in the matter. 5. The Chairman, High Power Committee Hyderabad in his letter 4th read above has stated that Vijay Marie Hospital and Educational Society, Vijay Marie School of Nursing has requested the Government to correct the spelling mistakes committed while drafting G.O. covered under G.O.Ms.No. 330/Health, dt. 26/3/1976 of Health, Housing & Municipal Administration. 6. The Chairman, High Power Committee has further informed that the President/Provincial Superior, Vijay Marie Hospital and Educational Society, Khairatabad, Hyderabad in his letter dt. 4/1//2012 has averred that the name of the applicant society is Vijay Marie Hospital and Educational Society, Vijay Marie School of Nursing but while drafting the G.O. under G.O.Ms.No. 330/Health, dt. 26/3/1976 of Health, Housing & Municipal Administration, the society was mentioned in-correctly as Vijaya Maria Hospital while correct name is Vijay Marie. Having received the representation from the President/Provincial Superior, Vijay Marie Hospital and Educational Society, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, the Government forwarded the representation to offer remarks. The Chairman, High Power Committee has also informed that in all the letters of Vijay Marie School of Nursing referred to various authorities before the issue of the G.O, the name of the applicant was shown as Vijay Marie but while drafting the G.O. the name was mentioned as Vijaya Maria. Probably, the mistake is a typographical error and the correct name is only Vijay Marie as could be seen from letters referred by the Society to various authorities before the issue of the G.O. under G.O.Ms.No. 330/Health, dt. 26/3/1976 of Health, Housing & Municipal Administration. 8. The Chairman, High Power Committee, Hyderabad has therefore, requested that in view of the above circumstances, the word Vijaya Maria where ever occurs in the G.O.Ms.No. 330/Health, dt. 26/3/1976 of Health, Housing & Municipal Administration, be changed to Vijay Marie as desired by the applicant. 9. After careful examination of the matter and keeping in view the recommendation of the Chairman, High Power Committee vide reference 4th read above, the following amendment is issued to G.O.Ms.No. 330/Health, dt. 26/3/1976 of Health, Housing & Municipal Administration read above:- AMENDMENT The expression “Vijaya Maria” wherever occurs in the G.O. shall be substituted with the expression “Vijaya Marie”.
