The following Notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra
Pradesh Gazetee:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Section 3 of Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby
appoint the Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition (Inds.) Hyderabad, to
perform the functions of the Collector, under the said Act within his jurisdiction for
the purpose of acquisition of land for construction of 4.50 MLD capacity STP at
Gopanpally Cheruvu.
