O R D E R:
Whereas it has been brought to the notice of the Government that Sri
T.M. Arjun Kumar, while working as Assistant Commercial Tax Officer, O/o.
Commercial Tax Officer, Charminar Circle, Hyderabad committed grave misconduct
in as much as he failed to submit his Annual Property Returns to the competent
authority, during his entire service and also failed to account for the net cash of
Rs.8,500/- found in his almirah on the date of trap i.e., on 6.10.2009.
2. Now, therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub-
rule (2) of Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate
departmental proceedings against the said Sri T.M. Arjun Kumar, Assistant Commercial
Tax officer (now retired).
3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be
conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of A.P. Civil Service
(Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991.
