ORDER: The following notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated:3-4-2012. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986 (Act 29 of 1986), the Commissionerate (i.e., the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad) with the previous sanction of the Government hereby makes the following amendment to The Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Special Service Regulations, 2000 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.48, Health Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department, dated 29th January,2000 and as subsequently amended from time to time. AMENDMENT In the said Regulations in Annexure-III under Class-B: (Specialist Services) against Sl.No.11 (Category 1) for the method of recruitment and qualification and experience in Column (4) and Column (7) respectively , the following shall be substituted namely:- In Column (4): “By promotion from the Category of Deputy Civil Surgeon / Civil Assistant Surgeon(Specialist)”. In Column (7): “Deputy Civil Surgeon / Civil Assistant Surgeon (Specialist) who possess MD / MS / Diploma recognized by the Government in respective Speciality with minimum five (5) years of experience after successful completion of Post Graduate Degree or with minimum nine (9) years of experience after successful completion of Post Graduate Diploma in that Speciality in the ratio of 1:2 respectively”.
