In the reference 3rd read above, Smt S.Praveena Kumari, Junior Assistant, City Civil Court Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad informed that her husband is intending to purchase a house/flat in twin cities and therefore, she is not willing to occupy the allotted Qr.No.MC-334, Malakpet Colony. She further informed that she is ready to forego her seniority (2006). 3. After careful examination of the matter, Govt. hereby cancel the allotment of the vacant 2RT Govt.Qr.No.MC-334, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad issued in favour of Smt S.Praveena Kumari, Junior Assistant, City Civil Court Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad as requested by her and she is debarred for allotment of Govt. Quarters for a period of 2 years. Further she cannot claim the same seniority in allotment and she has to apply afresh for allotment of Govt. Quarter only after two years i.e. from the date of issue of this order. 4. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly and also under Rule 9 and Rule 12 of allotment of Govt. Quarter Rules, 1973 and send compliance report to Government.
