From Sri T.Benson, Section Officer, I & CAD Department, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad reprn. dt.nil. *** O R D E R: In the G.O. 2nd read above, Sri T.Benson, Section Officer, I& CAD Department, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad has been allotted 2RT Govt.Qr.No.MC-5, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad in lieu of his present Quarter No.MC-8 in the same colony on exchange basis. 2. In the G.O 3rd read above, Govt. have cancelled the allotment of Govt.Qr.No.MC-5, Malakpet Colony in favour of Sri T.Benson, Section Officer, I & CAD Department, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad for non-occupation of the said Quarter. [ 3. In the reference 4th read above, Sri T.Benson, Section Officer, I & CAD Department, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad informed that he was allotted the Govt.Qr.No.MC-5, Malakpet Colony in lieu of his present Qr.No.MC-8 in the same colony on its vacation and on exchange basis. The allotted quarter needs urgent repairs regarding water sump, drainage etc. therefore he has requested the R&B authorities for taking up the above works in the quarter immediately, but they have not attended so far. Therefore he could not occupy the Govt.Qr.No.MC-5, Malakpet Colony in time. Further his wife is suffering hypertension, diabetes and also suffering with knee joint pains and the Doctor advised her not to climb the steps. Therefore he requested the Govt. to cancel subsequent orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.10, GA(Accom.C2) Dept., dt.4.1.2012 and restore orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.73, GA(Accom.C2) Dept., dt.22.2.2010 on humanitarian grounds. 4. In the circumstances stated above, after careful examination of the request of Sri T.Benson, Section Officer, I& CAD Department, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad, Govt. hereby restore the orders issued in G.O 2nd read above, for allotment of the 2RT Govt.Qr.No.MC-5, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad subject to fulfillment of conditions under Rule 9 and 12 of allotment of Govt. Quarters, Rules, 1973 as a special case in cancellation of the orders issued vide reference 3rd above. He is informed that if he does not occupy the allotted quarter within the stipulated time, the allotment will be cancelled, he will be debarred for two years for further allotment and action will be taken in the matter as per rules in force without any intimation. Further no exchange of quarter will be entertained under any circumstances. 5. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad is requested to take action under Rule 9 and under 12 of allotment of Govt. Quarters, Rules, 1973 in the first instance before giving possession for non-occupation of the allotted Govt.Qr.No.MC-5, Malakpet Colony within the stipulated time. He is also requested to take action for clearance of dues if any in respect of present Quarter. 6. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad shall take necessary action to give physical possession of the Quarter to the allottee on production of no dues clearance certificates issued by the concerned DEE/AEE (R&B) Electrical on par with Civil/AP Transco and Water Works Department.
