Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.1833, Revenue (Assn.IV) Dept., dt.03.11.2011. 2) From Collector, Chittoor Lr.No. Roc.E2/6197/2010, dt.16.01.2012. 3)From the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad Ref.No.Spl.BB1/36/2012, dt.28.01.2012. 4)From the Spl.C.S. & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad Lr.No.Spl.B3/1713/2011, dt.29.1.2012. -:oOo:- O R D E R:- In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued for alienation of the Government land to a total extent of 47.17 acres (an ext. of 35.23 acres in Sy.No.179 etc., of Pathegada village and an extent of 11.94 acres in Sy.No. 440 of Marrikuntapalle village) of Kalikiri Mandal in favour of Inspector General, CRPF, Hyderabad for setting up of Common Firing Range for CRPF on payment of basic value of Rs.32,000/- (Rupees Thirty two thousands only) per acre. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the District Collector, Chittoor has reported that the Joint Collector, Chittoor has already sanctioned exgratia to the assignees interms of G.O. In this regard, the Collector, Chittoor has observed that the market value for alienation of Rs.32,000/- per acre is fixed in the said G.O. is for both DKT and Government lands equally, whereas the Collector has already paid ex- gratia amount to the DKT lands as stated above. As such the Collector has proposed that the market value + 30% solatium for DKT lands and only market value for Government lands shall be fixed as detailed below. In the references 3rd and 4th read above, the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad has reported that, he has placed the above proposal of the District Collector, Chittoor before the Empowered Committee meeting held on 27.1.2012 and proposed the following values: Sl No. Category of land Extent Recommended value 1 DKT land Ac.3.90 Cts Compensation for land Irrigated Dry lands resumption @ Rs 1.43 lakhs per acre + 20% of basic value over and above exgratia as administrative expenses. 2 DKT lands Ac.31.33 Cts Compensation for land Dry Lands resumption @ Rs.1,04,000/- per acre + 20% of basic value over and above ex-gratia as administrative expenses. 3 DKT land Ac 1-00 Cts Compensation for land Irrigation Dry resumption @ Rs 1.43 lakhs Lands per acre + 20% of basic value over and above ex-gratia as administrative expenses. 4. DKT land Ac.1-00 Cts Compensation for land Dry Land resumption @ Rs.1,04 lakhs per acre + 20% of basic value over and above ex-gratia as administrative expenses. 5. Govt. Lands Ac.9.94 Cts Rs.32,000/- per acre. 5. The Government, after careful examination of the proposal, in modification of the earlier orders issued in the reference 1st read above, hereby order for alienation of Govt. land to a total extent of 47.17 acres (an ext. of 35.23 acres in Sy.No.179 etc., of Pathegada village and an ext. of 11.94 acres in Sy.No.440 of Marrikuntapalle village) of Kalikiri Mandal in favour of Inspector General, CRPF, Hyderabad for setting up of Common Firing Range for CRPF on payment of values as mentioned in the table in para-4 above, as recommended by the Empowered Committee, subject to usual terms and conditions as laid down in BSO.24 and other conditions, in force. Necessary conditions, depending upon the field situation, may be included by the District Collector / Chief Commissioner of Land Administration.// 3 // 6. The District Collector, Chittoor shall take further necessary action in the matter and ensure that the payment of the cost of land is made by the CRPF and to credit the amount to the relevant Head of Account and inform the credit particulars to the Government, immediately.
