No. Spl.B3/1482/2011, Dated. 29-01-2011. -:oOo:- O R D E R: In the references 1st & 2nd read above, the District Collector, Chittoor has reported that, the Zonal Manager, APIIC, Tirupati has requisitioned for Government and DKT lands in Bodumalluvaripalle, (Ac.95.97 cts Government land, 95.85 acres of DKT land), Vepulabailu (Ac.69.43 cts Govt. land, 90.60 acres of DKT land), Mudupulavemula (Ac.88.54 Govt. land, 116.68 acres of DKT land) and Doddipalle (Ac.18.14 cts Govt.land, 122.78 acres of DKT land) total extent of 272.08 acres of Govt. land and 425.91 acres of DKT land admeasuring total extent of 697.99 acres in which it is proposed for establishment of the Industrial Park. 2. The District Collector, Chittoor among others, one proposal in respect of Government lands in Bodumalluvaripalle, Doddipalle and Vepulabailu Villages for alienation of total extent of Acs.163-93 cents (extent of Ac.58.32 cents in Sy.No.26/1 etc., of Vepulabailu Village, extent of Ac.95.95 cents in Sy.No.1 etc., of Bodumalluvaripalle Village and extent of Ac.9.66 cents in Sy.No.2063/8 of Doddipalle Village) of Piler Mandal, Madanapalle Division, Chittoor District in favour of Zonal Manager, APIIC, Tirupati for establishment of Industrial Park. It is reported that the subject land was inspected and observed that these lands are free from encroachments and vested with the Revenue Department, there are no wells, trees and permanent structures in the proposed lands, that the lands are not required for any other communal purposes and suitable for establishment of Industrial Park. The Grampanchayats of Bodumalluvaripalle, Doddipalle and Vepulabailu have also passed the resolutions for alienation of the subject lands. A1 notices were published in the Villages and no objections were received. 3. The District Collector, Chittoor has also verified the sales statistics of surrounding lands and he has recommended to fix the market value @ Rs.1,10,000/- per acre. 4. In the references 2nd & 4th read above, the Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, AP Hyderabad has stated that, the above alienation proposal of the District Collector, Chittoor has been placed before the Empowered Committee meeting held on 31-10-2011 and the said committee has recommended it on payment of market value of Rs.1,10,000/- per acre. 5. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby order for alienation of Government land to a total extent of Acs.163-93 cents (extent of Ac.58.32 cents in Sy.No.26/1 etc., of Vepulabailu Village, extent of Ac.95.95 cents in Sy.No.1 etc., of Bodumalluvaripalle Village and extent of Ac.9.66 cents in Sy. No. 2063/8 of Doddipalle Village) of Piler Mandal, P.T.O.// 2 // Madanapalle Division, Chittoor District in favour of Zonal Manager, APIIC, Tirupati for establishment of Industrial Park on payment of market value of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees one lakh and ten thousand only) per acre, as recommended by the Empowered Committee, subject to usual terms and conditions as laid down in BSO.24 and other conditions in force and / or found necessary. 6. The District Collector, Chittoor shall take further necessary action in the matter and to ensure that the payment of the cost of land is made by the APIIC and credit the amount to the relevant Head of Account and inform the credit particulars to the Government, immediately.
