Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad, in his letter 3rd read above and based on the proceedings of Screening Committee on Land Acquisition, Government have decided to accept the proposal of the Collector, Krishna received through Spl. Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad for acquisition of land to an extent of Ac.0.03 cents in R.S.No.130/2B part of Atapaka (V) of Kaikaluru (M), Krishna District for formation of approach road to Central Ware Housing Corporation Godowns under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Accordingly, the DN proposal of the Collector, Krishna furnished by the Spl. Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad is hereby approved and returned for publication in the Local Gazette. The District Collector, Krishna is requested to publish the Notification under section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in the locality within (40) days from the date of publication in Local Gazette and local news papers.
