No.209/c – Ac. 9.10 gts) ] which was acquired by Irrigation Department for Priyadarshini Jurala Project (currently not under utilization of the project) in favour of District Collector, Mahaboobnagar for public purpose i.e. construction of Model School, Junior College etc. – Permission accorded – Orders – Issued. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Revenue (Assignments.I) Department G.O. Ms. No. 86 Dated 14.02.2012. Read the following :- (1) Letter No. CE(P)/DCEI/0T8/AEE2/land/2010, dated 03.09.2010 of Chief Engineer, I & CAD Department Jalasoudha, Erramanzil, addressed to the I & CAD Department. (2) Letter No. G1/1050/11, dated 27.06.2011 of the District Collector, Mahabubagar addressed to Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Department, AP – Hyderabad. (3) Letter Ref. No. G1/1112/2011, dated 13.07.2011 of the Special Chief Secretary and Commissioner of Land Administration, AP Hyderabad. -:o:- ORDER : In the reference 1st read above the Chief Engineer (P) Jalasoudha, Erramanzil, Hyderabad the villagers of Itikyal Village have submitted a petition for construction of following buildings in Sy. No.209/A ( Ac.3.17 gats), Sy. No.209/B (Extent Ac. 3.03 gts), and Sy. No. 209/C ( extent Ac. 9.10 guntas) i.e. total extent of Ac.15.30 gts situated in the limits of Itikyal village of Itikyal Mandal. 1. Model School 2. Junior College 3. Tahsildar Office 4. Co-operative Building 5. Veterinary Hospital 6. Library Building 7. SC and BC Hostel 8. Sub-Station etc. 2. It is also stated in the reference 1st read above that the above lands have been acquired for Priyadarshini Jurala Project and furnished no objection to transfer the above land to an extent of Ac.15.30 gts in Sy. No. 209/!, 209/B, 209/C to Revenue Department as the above lands are far away from the R.M.C. and also lie in the quarry area and may not be useful for Irrigation Department. Accordingly, it was opined that the land can be spared for the purpose of taking up Government Building in Itikyal Mandal. Therefore, the Chief Engineer has requested to obtain and communicate necessary permission of the Government for transfer of above land of Ac. 15.30 gts in Sy. No. 209/A, 209/B and 209/C to Revenue Department for construction of above buildings. 3. In the reference 2nd read above the District Collector, Mahabubnagar has submitted that the following lands of Itikyal Village and Mandal in Mahabubnagar District were acquired for excavation of Right Main Canal of Priyadarshini Jurala Project for quarry purpose. Sy. No. Extent 209/A Ac. 3.17 gts 209/B Ac. 3.03 gts 209/C Ac. 9.10 gts. ------------- Total Ac.15.30 gts. ------------- contd.2.:: 2 :: 4. The District Collector, Mahabubnagar has further submitted that as per the revenue records the above lands stand patta in the name of Priyadarshini Jurala Project. The said land is adjacent to MPDO Office and located at a distance of 1/4th KM from the Mandal Headquarters. The gravel has been taken away for canal purpose and due to which this land has become low level to the Main road upto 5 feet. At present this land is kept fallow. This land is covered with red soil, gravel and suitable for construction of various Government buildings which as follows. 1. Model School 2. Junior College 3. Tahsil Office 4. Co-operative Society Building 5. Veterinary Hospital 6. Library Buildings 7. SC and BC Hostels 8. Sub-station. 5. The District Collector, Mahabubnagar has, therefore, requested to accord necessary permission for utilizing the said lands for the above purposes. 6. In the reference 3rd read above, the Special CS and CCLA has forwarded the said proposal of the District Collector to the I & CAD Department. The Irrigation and CAD Department have examined the issue and stated no objection for the proposed transfer of Irrigation Department land in favour of District Collector, Mahabubnagar for utilization of public purpose. 7. Government after careful examination of the issue hereby accord permission to the I & CAD (PW) Department to transfer the land admeasuring Ac. 15.30 gts [ ( Sy. No.209/A – Ac.3.27 gts) ( Sy. No.209/B – Ac.3.03 gts) ( Sy. No.209/C –Ac. 9.10 gts) ] which was originally acquired by the Irrigation Department for Priyadarsini Jurala Project and presently not utilized by the I & CAD Department in favour of District Collector, Mahabubnagar for construction of buildings i.e. (i) Model School, (ii) Junior College (iii) Tahsil Office, (iv) Co-operative Society Building (v) Veterinary Hospital (vi) Library Buildings, (vii) SC and BC Hostels and (viii) Sub- Station. The District Collector, Mahabubnagar shall handover the land and ensure that the land utilized for which purpose the land is transferred.
