Quarters Covered under demolition. **** ORDER: The Government is constructing 224 Govt. Residential Flats for Officers at Malakpet colony, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Engineer- In –Chief (R&B) (Bldgs.), Hyderabad intimated the Prl. Secy.(T(R&B), AP Secretariat, Hyderabad that (20) Govt. Qrs. in (17) Blocks bearing Nos. MC-301 to MC-328, MC-357 to MC-380, and MC-433 to MC-436, MC-421 to MC-432 and are coming in the way of construction of compound wall around Block-A and Blocks-B of Govt. Residential Flats under construction and requested to handover the said quarters to complete the construction of compound wall with approach roads, storm water drainage etc. around the Block-A and Block-B at Malakpet colony. 3. In the letter 3rd read above, the Estate Officer, Hyderabad. issued vacation notices to the occupants of Govt.Qrs.Nos.MC-301 to MC-328 at Malakpet colony which are earmarked for the construction of 224 Govt. Residential Flats for Govt. Officials in A&B Blocks at Malakpet colony to vacate the quarters within (30) days from the date of receipt of the notice and handover the vacant possession of the said Govt. Qrs. to the Assistant EE (R&B), Malakpet colony, Hyderabad duly clearing the water and electricity charges, under intimation to his office, so as to enable the R&B authorities to take further course of action in the matter. 4. In the circumstances stated above, after careful examination of the matter, Govt. hereby allot the vacant 2RT Govt. Quarters at Malakpet colony, Hyderabad as an alternative accommodation to the occupants of certain Govt. Qrs.as requested by them as mentioned in the Annexure in lieu of their present Quarters which are coming in the way for construction of compound wall around Block-A and Block-B of the 224 Residential flats for Govt. Officers at Malakpet Colony and earmarked to dismantle for the above purpose. The present allotment is made with the same terms and conditions of Allotment of Govt. Quarters Rules, 1973 and subsequent orders issued in this regard from time to time. They are informed that if they do not occupy the allotted quarters within the stipulated time the allotments will be cancelled, they will be debarred for two years & action will be taken in the matter under Rule 9 and 12 of Allotment of Govt. Qrs. Rules without any intimation. Further no exchange of quarter will be entertained under any circumstances.
