G.O.Ms.No.243, G.A. (Accom.A2) Dept., dt:12.5.2010 and amended in G.O.Ms.No.308, dt.15.6.2010. 2. From the Director, Directorate of Census Operations, A.P., Hyderabad Letter No.G.14019/3/2010-Estt, dt:6.6.2011 &&& O R D E R: In the G.O. first read above, sanction was accorded to the District Collectors and Municipal Commissioners for incurring an amount of Rs.1,24,75,000/- (Rupees One Crore, Twenty Four Lakhs, Seventy Five thousand) towards payment of contingent Expenditure to the Charge Officers towards Hiring of Halls, Public Address System, Overhead Projectors, LCD Projectors and Local Publicity, Local Transportation of Census material, Stationery, Xerox Charges, Manpower for shifting and packing material, Postal Charges, FAX/ Telephone charges for conduct of both Houselisting & Housing Census and Population Enumeration of Census 2011 as per Annexure-I & II to this order. 2. In the Letter 2nd read above, the Director, Directorate of Census Operations, A.P., Hyderabad, has informed that the amounts sanctioned in the afore mentioned order, could not be drawn during the last financial year i.e., before 31.3.2011 due to freezing orders issued by the Govt. Therefore it is requested to issue necessary orders revalidating the above orders and the DTO/PAO may be directed to honour and admit the bills during the current financial year 2011-12 so as to enable the Collectors/ Commissioners of Municipal Corporations to draw the amounts and to advise the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad to re-authorize the DTOs/PAO to admit the bills pertaining to Census related amounts. 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby revalidate the orders issued in the G.O. first read above, with the same terms and conditions as specified therein and direct the Collectors/ Commissioners of Municipal Corporations to submit the bills for the current financial year 2011- 2012 who have not drawn amount earlier in this subject and the DTO/PAO is directed to admit the bills relating to census and honour, without any objection. 4.
