G.O.Ms.No.383, G.A. (Accom.A2) Dept., dt:16.7.2010 and amendment in G.O.Ms.No.606, dt.22.10.2010 and G.O.Ms.No.638, dt.2.11.2010. 2. From the Director, Directorate of Census Operations, A.P., Hyderabad Lr. No.G.14019/3/2010-Estt, dt:6.6.2011 O R D E R: In the G.O. first read above, an amount of Rs.7,18,20,000/- (Rupees seven crores, eighteen lakhs and twenty thousand only) was sanctioned towards payment of honorarium @ Rs.4,000/- per month to the designated Census Assistants and Rs.2,000/- per month to the Messengers/ Peons in the State/District Head Quarters, Taluks/Cities and Municipal Corporations as specified in the Annexures I&II to this order for attending 2011 Census work, in addition to their normal duties, during the period from 1.1.2010 to 28.2.2011. 2. the Letter 2nd read above, the Director, Directorate of Census Operations, A.P., Hyderabad, has informed that the amounts sanctioned in the afore mentioned order, could not be drawn during the last financial year i.e., before 31.3.2011 due to freezing orders issued by the Govt. Therefore it is requested to issue necessary orders revalidating the above orders and the DTO/PAO may be directed to honour and admit the bills during the current financial year 2011-12 so as to enable the Collectors / Commissioners of Municipal Corporations to draw the amounts and to advise the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad to re-authorize the DTOs/PAO to admit the bills pertaining to Census related amounts. 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby revalidate the orders issued in the G.O. first read above, with the same terms and conditions as specified therein and direct the Collectors/ Commissioners of Municipal Corporations to submit the bills for the current financial year 2011-2012 who have not drawn amount earlier in this subject and the DTO/PAO is directed to admit the bills relating to census and honour, without any objection. 4.
