From the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Lr.No.Spl.UC4/ 1834/2011, dated.22.12.2011. * * * O R D E R: Whereas the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st read above for allotment of the surplus lands taken possession by the Government under the provisions of Principal Act, 1976, and saved under section 3 (1) (a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation)Repeal Act 1999. 2. Whereas, the Special Officer and Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad has submitted proposal vide reference 2nd read above and the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad verified the said proposal and recommended vide references 3rd read above, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved U/s. 3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 and under occupation of 3rd parties in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O. first read above, to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved u/s.3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 to an extent of 334.40 Square Meters in plot No.28 in Survey No. 62 of Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favor of Smt.Kudaravalli Radhika W/o.K.Venkata Rama Prasad who is reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by Registered Sale Deed No.8616/1989 and also paid an amount of Rs.6,95,500/- through Demand Draft No.47197, dated 12.07.2011 of Axis Bank Kukatpally, Hyderabad and Demand Draft No.621568 Dt.4.11.11 of Bank of Baroda , S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad The name of the allottee Smt.Kudaravalli Radhika W/o K.Venkata Rama Prasad shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement.The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is requested to collect the deficit amount of Rs.113/- from the applicant before issue of endorsement and report compliance to the Government within a month.
