G.O.Ms.No.698, G.A. (Accom.A2) Dept., dt:8.12.2010. 2. From the Director, Directorate of Census Operations, A.P., Hyderabad Letter No.G.14019/3/2010-Estt, dt:6.6.2011 -x- O R D E R: In the G.O. first read above, an amount of Rs.45,36,000/- (Rupees forty five lakhs and thirty six thousand only) was sanctioned towards payment of honorarium @ Rs.4000/- per month to the Dealing Assistant in each Revenue Divisional Office by designating the Deputy Statistical Officer as Dealing Assistant wherever the Deputy Statistical Officers are in position and by other suitable personnel where the Deputy Statistical officers are not in position by paying honorarium to them on par with the Dealing Assistants at Charge level as indicated in the Annexure to this order for attending to Census 2011 work, in addition to their normal duties, during the period from 1.1.2010 to 28.2.2011. 2. In the Letter 2nd read above, the Director, Directorate of Census Operations, A.P., Hyderabad, has informed that sanctioned amounts in the aforementioned order, could not be drawn during the last financial year i.e., before 31.3.2011 due to freezing orders issued by the Govt. Therefore it is requested to issue necessary orders revalidating the above orders and the DTO/PAO may be directed to honour and admit the bills during the current financial year 2011- 12 so as to enable the Collectors / Commissioners of Municipal Corporations to draw the amounts and to advise the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyderabad to re-authorize the DTOs/PAO to admit the bills pertaining to Census related amounts. 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby revalidate the orders issued in the G.O. first read above, with the same terms and conditions as specified therein and direct the Collectors/ Commissioners of Municipal Corporations to submit the bills for the current financial year 2011-2012 who have not drawn amount earlier in this subject and the DTO/PAO is directed to admit the bills relating to census and honour, without any objection. 4.
