Courts for trial of offences under the Ordinance in the State – Sanction of posts

ORDER:
In the G.O. 5th read above, Government accorded sanction for creation/
establishment of five (5) Special Mobile Courts at the places specified therein,
in the State to try the offences under the Andhra Pradesh Promotion of Social
Audit and Prevention of Corrupt Practices Ordinance, 2012.
2. The Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, in the letter 3rd
read above, after examining the proposal vide letter 2nd read above,
communicated the views of the High Court, inter alia, stating that the following
pattern of the staff, as was sanctioned to the 22 Special Mobile (PCR) Courts
functioning in the State, may be considered to each Special Mobile Court
proposed to be established by the Government in this regard.

3. Government, after careful consideration of the issue, hereby accord
sanction for creation of the following posts for the newly created five (5) Special
Mobile Courts and the mode of appointment to such posts shall be as follows:-
(i) Posts for each such Special Mobile Court shall be as follows:

(ii) Appointment of Special Magistrates to the said Special Mobile Courts
shall be either from the Judicial officers working in the Courts or by
appointment of suitable retired Judicial Officers (Emoluments of
Rs. 50,000/- p.m. and allowance of Rs.500/- per day in case of
appointment of suitable retired Judicial Officers)
(iii) Appointment of the Head Clerk in each Special Mobile Court shall be on
deputation from the Courts;
(iv) Appointment of the remaining personnel for each Special Mobile Court
shall be either on deputation from the Courts or on outsourcing basis on
the terms and conditions applicable to such appointment.
4. The Home (Courts.C) Department and the Registrar (Vigilance), High
Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
