ORDER:
Whereas, it has been reported Smt. G.Kanta Bai, Sub Registrar
(Retired), while serving as Sub Registrar, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy (East)
in the Department of Registration & Stamps has committed grave misconduct
in issuing wrong Encumbrance Certificate without scrutinizing the ECs
critically and caused loss to the parties concerned.
2. Now, therefore, sanction is hereby accorded under Sub-Clause (1) of
Clause (b) of Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension
Rules, 1980 to initiate departmental proceedings against the said Smt.
G.Kanta Bai, Sub Registrar (Retired);
3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be
conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the
Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules 1991.
