Governor, National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking Staff (Sanitary) in National Cadet Corps Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely :- 1. Short title and Commencement:- (i) These rules may be called the National Cadet Corps Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Multi Tasking Staff (Sanitary), Recruitment Rules 2025. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. Number of Posts, its classification and Pay Level in the Pay matrix:- The number of said posts, its classification and Level in Pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of Recruitment, Age Limit, Qualification etc.:- The method of recruitment, age limit qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be specified in columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualifications:- No Person - (a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) Who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person: shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] Provided that the Government may, if satisfied, that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to the such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax:- Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary expedient so to do, it may be order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving –Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxations of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Schedule Castes, Schedules Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. RECRUITMENT RULES FOR THE POST OF MULTI TASKING STAFF (SANITARY) IN R/O NCC DEPARTMENT, G.N.C.T. OF DELHI SCHEDULE 1 Name of the Post Multi Tasking Staff (Sanitary)# #Subject to the approval of change in nomenclature from the competent authority. 2 Number of Post 22*(2025) *Subject to variation dependent on work-load. 3 Classification General Central Service Group-‘C’, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. 4 Pay Level in the Pay Matrix Level-1 (Rs. 18,000-56,900/-) of the Pay Matrix. 5 Whether Selection or Non Not Applicable. Selection Post 6 Age limit for Direct Recruits 18-25 years* (The upper age-limit is relaxable for departmental candidate upto 40 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
