No. F.9(1)/89/DLC/W/1567.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 4 of the Bombay Labour
Welfare Fund Act, 1953 (Bombay Act No. XL of 1953) as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi Read
with Rule 12 of the Delhi Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1997, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory
of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Delhi Labour Welfare Board constituted vide
notification No. F.9(1)/89/DLC/W/1869 dated 12.06.2018:—
1. Sh. Bhure Khan Independent member
2. Dr. Alka Kaul, Executive Member of Northern Region, CII - Employer’s representative, in place of
Sh. Rahul Choudhary.
Sh. Bhure Khan was appointed as independent member in the Delhi Labour Welfare Board constituted vide
notification no. No. F.9(1)/89/DLC/W/1869 dated 12.06.2018. He resigned as member of the Board vide his letter
dated 16.06.2019 due to personal reason, which was accepted by the Competent Authority, however, Sh. Bhure Khan
has shown his interest to work for the Welfare of the labourers and requested to be nominated as member of the
Board. Accordingly, his name was recommended and the Competent Authority has nominated him as independent
member in the Board.
