No. SEPRANI-2020/C.R.93/GRUNIBHU.— The following draft of rules which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 184 read with sub-section (5) of section 19 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession of all the existing rules, notifications, orders or any other instruments issued in this behalf to regulate recruitment to the post of Finance Controller on the establishment of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, is hereby published, as required by sub-section (3) of section 184 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby; and a notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the 15th of January 2026. 2. No.SEPRANI-2020/C.R.93/GRUNIBHU.— The following draft of rules which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 184 read with sub-section (5) of section 19 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession of all the existing rules, notifications, orders or any other instruments issued in this behalf to regulate recruitment to the post of Accounts Officer on the establishment of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, is hereby published, as required by sub-section (3) of section 184 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby; and a notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the 15th of January 2026. 2. Any objection or suggestions, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary, Housing Department, Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the Government. DRAFT RULES 1. These rules may be called the Accounts Officer, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Recruitment) Rules, 2025. 2. In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise,— (a) “Authority ” means the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority established under section 3 of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977) ; (b) “ Department ” means Housing Department of Government of Maharashtra ; (c) “ Government ” means the Government of Maharashtra ; (d) “eligibility for promotion” means the eligibility for promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions specified for promotion in rules, resolutions or orders issued by the General Administration Department of the Government, from time to time ; 3. No.SEPRANI-2020/C.R.93/GRUNIBHU.— The following draft of rules which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of Section 184 read with sub-section (5) of Section 19 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession of all the existing rules, notifications, orders or any other instruments issued in this behalf to regulate recruitment to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer on the establishment of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, is hereby published, as required by sub-section (3) of Section 184 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby; and a notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the 15th of January 2026. 2. Any objection or suggestions, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary, Housing Department, Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the Government. DRAFT RULES 1. These rules may be called the Assistant Accounts Officer, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Recruitment) Rules, 2025. 2. In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise,— (a) “ Authority ” means the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority established under Section 3 of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977); (b) “ Department” means Housing Department of Government of Maharashtra ; (c) “ Government ” means the Government of Maharashtra ; (d) “ eligibility for promotion ” means the eligibility for promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions specified for promotion in rules, resolutions or orders issued by the General Administration Department of the Government from time to time ; 3.
