सेिा प्राजधकरण में जनम् नजलजखत सिस्ट्य नामजनर्ििष्ट ट करती है और उस प्रयोिन के जलए, भारत के रािपत्र,
असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में संख् यांक का.आ. 582(अ), तारीख 13 अगस्ट्त , 1997 द्वारा
प्रकाजित, भारत सरकार के जिजध और न् याय मंत्रालय, जिजध कायि जिभाग की अजधसूचना का जनम् नजलजखत
और संिोधन करती है, अथाित् :—

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th April, 2025
S.O. 1645(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) and clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Legal
Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), read with rules 3 and 7 of the National Legal Services Authority Rules,
1995, the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, nominates the following Member to the
National Legal Services Authority and for that purpose hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 582 (E), dated the 13th
August, 1997, namely:—
In the said notification, for serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and
entries shall be substituted, namely:—
“8. Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Lisa Gill,
Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court
and Executive Chairperson,
Haryana State Legal Services Authority —Member”;
