NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th August, 2023
S.O. 3533(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Khadi
and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), and in supersession of the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 2218 (E), dated
the 28th June, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the
Central Government hereby nominates the Joint Secretary, handling the work related to Khadi and Village
Industries Commission and Economic Advisor of Integrated Finance Wing, Ministry of Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises, to attend the meeting of the Commission and to take part in the discussions thereof:
Provided that nominated officers shall not have the right to vote.
