Pursuance to your letter dtd. 1t/L/20L7 with regard to non payment of
wages to various seafarers by Gol Offs;hore Ltd., I arnto inform you thatthe
Hon'ble High co.urt has published the notice as per Rule 951, High court
Original Side Rules and same was putrlished by this office on 3t/LZ/2016 in
daily newspapers viz. Free Press Journal, Economic Times and Mumbai
Samachar calling for claims within 90 days in the office of the nrothonotiry
and Senior Master, High Coutt, Bombay alongwith the claims and proofs in
support thereto by fling appropriate proceedings i.e. notice of moiion etc.,
by serving the same to all the necessary partiel in the admiralty suit No.41
of 2015.

You are also hereby informed that any claim filed within due date wilt
be considered by the Hon'ble High Court and the claims filed after the 90
days will not be considered.
