NOTICE is hereby given that the Fifty-third Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur will be held in the Maharana Pratap Auditorium, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, K. M. Munshi Marg, Opp. O.T.S., Jaipur-302015 on Monday, the 2nd June, 2014 at 11.30 a.m.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Fifty-third Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of State
Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur will be held in the Maharana Pratap Auditorium, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, K. M.
Munshi Marg, Opp. O.T.S., Jaipur - 302015 on Monday, the 2nd June, 2014 at 11.30 a.m. (Indian Standard
Time) instead of Wednesday, the 28th May, 2014 at 12.00 noon, as notified earlier, to discuss and adopt the
Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of the Bank, the report of the Board of Directors on the working
and activities of the Bank and the Auditors' Report on the Balance Sheet and Accounts for the period 1st
April, 2013 to 31st March, 2014.
The register of shareholders of the Bank shall remain closed from Monday, the 26th May, 2014 to
Sunday, the 1st June, 2014 (both days inclusive) instead of from Wednesday, the 21st May, 2014 to Tuesday,
the 27th May, 2014, for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31st March, 2014.
