1. भारतीय स्ट्टेट बैंक और एसबीआई लाइफ इंश्योरेंस कंपनी जलजमटेड के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रांिैक्िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उसे अन मोकदत करना।
2. भारतीय स्ट्टेट बैंक और एसबीआई कार्डसच एंड पेमेंट्स सर्वचसेि जलजमटेड के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रांिैक्िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उसे अन मोकदत करना।
3. भारतीय स्ट्टेट बैंक और एसबीआई पेमेंट सर्वचसेि प्राइवेट जलजमटेड के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रांिैक्िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उसे अन मोकदत करना।

5. भारतीय स्ट्टेट बैंक और एसबीआई (मॉरीिस) जलजमटेड के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रािं ैक्िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उसे अन मोकदत करना।
6. भारतीय स्ट्टेट बैंक और पी टी बकैं एसबीआई इंडोनेजिया के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रांिैक्िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उसे अन मोकदत करना।
7. भारतीय स्ट्टेट बैंक और नेपाल एसबीआई बैंक जलजमटेड के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रांिक्ै िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उसे अन मोकदत करना।
8. भारतीय स्ट्टेट बैंक और यस बकैं जलजमटेड के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रांिैक्िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उस े अन मोकदत करना।
9. एसबीआई कैजपटल माकेट्स जलजमटेड और एसबीआई िनरल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी जलजमटेड के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रांिैक्िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उसे अन मोकदत करना।
10. एसबीआई डी एफ एच आई जलजमटेड और यस बैंक जलजमटेड के बीच मैटेररयल ररलेटेड पाटी रांिैक्िन्फ्स पर जवचार करना और उस ेअन मोकदत करना।

No. CC/S&B/AND/2026/841.—NOTICE is hereby given that the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the State Bank of India will be held at the State Bank Auditorium, State Bank Bhavan, Madame Cama Road, Mumbai - 400021 on Friday, the 27th March, 2026 at 03:00 PM. The Meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the following businesses:
