All written exam candidates are hereby informed to reach the examination centre at least 45 minutes before commencement of the examination. 5. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the examination is over. 6. The examinees should not carry any bags, phone, smartwatch or any such electronic device inside the exam hall. 7. All the candidates will have to maintain discipline inside the examination centre, protect furniture and the IT infrastructure. In case an examinee is found indulging in unfair means during the exam, action shall be taken as per Rule 72 of the MS(STCW) Rules, 2014.
