section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of
Home Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased
to appoint Advocate Sh. Virender Kumar as Special Public Prosecutor in place of Sh. B.S. Rana to represent the State
before Hon’ble Trial Court in case FIR No. 565/1998, under section 420/468/471/120-B of IPC, P.S. Prasad Nagar,
Delhi on the following fee structure:-
