2. मौिूिा आिेिों/अनुिेिों के अनुसार ए तथा बी प्रकार के बोरे, जिनका आकार 94 सेमीx 57सेमी/एचडी, द्रव्यमान प्रजत बोरे 580 ग्राम हो, अंजतम जसरे प्रजत डी.एम. तथा पैक्स प्रजत डी.एम. िैसा दक भा.मा. ब्यूरो के जवजनिेिन संख्या 05 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] भा.मा.16186:2014 के साथ अजतररि पहचान जचह्न के अनुरूप हो, को दिसम्बर, 2025 माह के िौरान और उसके बाि या अगल ेआिेि तक, िो भी पहल ेहो, खरीिा या बेचा िाएगा।

3. प्रत् येक बोरे पर िूट आयुि कायाालय, कोलकाता द्वारा िारी पीसीएसओ म ें मुंदद्रत/जचजह्नत जवजनर्िाष्ट प्रतीक स े बोरे पर मुदद्रत जवजनमााता जमल के नाम के पास भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो का प्रमाणन जचह्न हो। भारतीय मानक ब्यरू ो द्वारा िी गई िर के अनुसार औसत तयूनतम टूटन े की क्षमता (ब्रेककंग स्ट्रेथ) उपयिुा िरों के अनुसार होगी।

NOTIFICATION Kolkata, the 17th December, 2025 S.O. 4(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause-3(6) of the Jute and Jute Textiles Control Order, 2016, I, Padmini Singla, Jute Commissioner, hereby FINALLY fix the maximum ex-factory price for the 580gm ‘Type-A & ‘Type-B’ Jute Bags which are as follows:

2. Type A & Type B bags of the size 94cm x 57 cm/HD., 580 gm mass per bags, ends per dim, pecks per dm., as

specified in the BIS Specification IS: 16186:2014 respectively with additional identification marking as per extant orders/instructions, shall be purchased or sold during the month of December, 2025 and thereafter or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

3. Every bag is to be printed/marked with emblem to specify in the PCSO issued by the O/o Jute Commissioner, Kolkata with the name of the manufacturing mill printed on it as well as BIS certification marking. The average minimum breaking strength shall be as provided in the aforesaid specification of BIS.

4. The price fixed under this Notification shall be exclusive of GST which shall be paid in addition to the ex-factory price by the purchaser. [F.
