Notification (Extraordinary) of Hindi version of Corrigendum to the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, for publication in Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (i) of the Gazette of India.
The Government of India's Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology issued a Corrigendum, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated February 6, 2026 (Magha 17, 1947), regarding notification G.S.R. 846(E) dated November 13, 2025. The corrigendum, issued on February 5, 2026, includes the following corrections:
* On page 24, line 22, "इस राजपत्र के" should be read as "सरकारी राजपत्र में". On page 24, line 24, "इस राजपत्र के" should be read as "सरकारी राजपत्र में".
* On page 29, line 44, "विभाग" should be read as "विभागों".
* On page 32, line 4, "ऐसी स्थिति के आलोक में" should be read as "ऐसे आदेश के आलोक में".
* On page 34, line 1, "प्रत्येक" should be read as "प्रत्येक व्यक्ति". On page 34, line 26, "(18 अथवा 2013)" should be read as "(2013 का 18वां)".
* On page 38, line 2, "." should be read as ";". Lines 1-15, "(क) से (च)" should be read as "(क) से (छ)".
