L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-07082025-265265 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D7H0x8x2x0 25-265265 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 3523] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, अगस्ट्त 6, 2025/श्रावण 15, 1947 No. 3523] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2025/SHRAVANA 15, 1947 इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सचू िा प्रौद्योनिकी मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 5 अगस्ट् त, 2025 का.आ. 3609(अ).— सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी अजधजनयम, 2000 (2000 का 21) (जिस े इसम ें आग े उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 70 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार,िीएमआर हिै राबाि अंतराष्ट्रा ीय हवाईअड्डा जलजमटेड (जिस े इसम ें आग े िीएचआईएएल कहा गया ह)ै की िाजुक सूचना अवसंरचना के नाते, हवाईअड्डा पररचालन प्रणाजलयों स े संबंजधत जनम्नजलजखत कंप्यूटर संसाधनों और उनकी सहयुक्त आनितताओं के कंप्यूटर संसाधनों को उक्त अजधजनयम के प्रयोिनों के जलए सरं जित प्रणाजलयां घोजित करती ह,ै अर्ाात:- क) एयरफील्ड ग्राउंड लाइटटंग; ख) हवाईअड्डा प्रचालन जनयंत्रण केंर; ग) हवाईअड्डा प्रचालन डेटाबेस; घ) पहुचुँ जनयंत्रण प्रणाजलया;ं ङ) बैगेि हडैं ललंग प्रणाजलयां; च) सामान्द्य उपयोग टर्मानल उपकरण I सामान्द्य उपयोग यात्री प्रसंस्ट्करण प्रणाजलयाुँ / सामान्द्य उपयोग स्ट्व सेवाए;ं छ) क्लोज्ड सर्काट टेलीजविन मॉजनटटरंग प्रणाली; और ि) मास्ट्टर क्लॉक प्रणाली। 5251 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 2. इसके अलावा, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 70 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार जनम्नजलजखत कार्माकों को संरजित प्रणाजलयों तक पहुचं बनान े के जलए प्राजधकृत करती ह,ै अर्ाात: - (क) संरजित प्रणाली तक पहुचं बनाने के जलए, िीएचआईएएल द्वारा जलजखत रूप म ेंप्राजधकृत िीएचआईएएल का कोई अजभजहत कमाचारी; (ख) संजविात्मक प्रबंजधत सेवा-प्रिाता या तृतीय पिकार जवक्रेता के िल का कोई सिस्ट्य जिसे आवश्यकता के आधार पर पहुचुँ बनाने के जलए िीएचआईएएल द्वारा जलजखत रूप से प्राजधकृत दकया गया ह;ै और (ग) मामला िर मामला के आधार पर, िीएचआईएएल द्वारा जलजखत रूप म ें प्राजधकृत कोई परामर्शी, निनियामक, सरकारी पदानिकारी, संपरीक्षक और पणिारी। 3. यह अजधसूचना सरकारी रािपत्र म ें प्रकािन की नतनि से प्रवृत्त होगी। [फा.स.ं एए-14/2/2025-सीएसडी] सनिता उत्तरेजा, िैज्ञानिक जी MINISTRY OF ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th August, 2025 S.O. 3609(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby declares the following computer resources relating to the airport operational systems, being Critical Information Infrastructure of the GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (herein after referred to as GHIAL) and the computer resources of their associated dependencies, to be protected systems for the purposes of the said Act, namely: - a) Airfield Ground Lighting; b) Airport Operation Control Centre; c) Airport Operations Database; d) Access Control Systems; e) Baggage Handling Systems; f) Common Use Terminal Equipment / Common Use Passenger Processing Systems / Common Use Self Services; g) Closed Circuit Television Monitoring System; and h) Master Clock System. 2. Further in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the section 70 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby authorises the following personnel to access the protected systems, namely: - (a) any designated employee of the GHIAL authorised in writing by the GHIAL to access the protected system; (b) any team member of contractual managed service provider or third-party vendor who have been authorised in writing by the GHIAL for need-based access; and (c) any consultant, regulator, government official, auditor and stakeholder authorised in writing by the GHIAL on case-to-case basis. 3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
