संिोधन करती ह;ै अर्ाात्:-
बहुराज्य सहकारी सोसाइटी अजधजनयम, 2002 की जद्वतीय अनसु ूची म,ें -
(i) क्रम स.ं 24 से संबंजधत प्रजवजष्ट के बाि जनम्न जलजखत क्रम स.ं और प्रजवजष्ट अंत:स्ट्र् ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ाता ्: -

(ii) क्रम संख् या 1 के स्ट् र्ान पर, जनम्न जलजखत क्रम संख् या रखा िाएगा, अर्ाता ्: -

New Delhi, the 2nd July, 2025
S.O. 3003(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) section 116 of the Multi -State Co-
operative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient to
do so, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies
Act, 2002 (39 of 2002), namely: -
In the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002, in the Second Schedule, -
(i) after serial number 24 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted,
namely: -
“20. Cooperative Bank of India Limited, New Delhi.”;
(ii) for serial number 1, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely: -
“1. National Cooperative Agricultural and Rural Development Banks Federation Limited, Mumbai.”;
(iii) for serial number 19, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely: -
“15. National Labour Cooperative Federation of India Limited, New Delhi.”;
(iv) serial number 8 shall be renumbered as ‘7’;
(v) serial number 9 shall be renumbered as ‘8’;

(vii) serial number 12 shall be renumbered as ‘10’;

(xii) serial number 21 shall be renumbered as ‘16’;
(xiii) serial number 22 shall be renumbered as ‘17’;
(xiv) serial number 23 shall be renumbered as ‘18’;
(xv) serial number 24 shall be renumbered as ‘19’.
