S.O. 3361(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) the Central Government hereby appoints the Officer under Column
(1) of the Table below, being a Group “A” Officer of National Jute Board (A Statutory Body) to be the Estate Officer
for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the Estate
Officer by or under the Act, within the local limits of his jurisdiction, in respect of the Public Premises specified in the
corresponding entry in Column (2) of the Table:
