NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th October, 2022
S.O. 4723(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Chemical Weapons
Convention Act, 2000 (34 of 2000), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and
Petrochemicals, vide number S.O. 1490(E), dated the 13th September, 2006, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), namely:-
2. In the said notification, for serial numbers 1 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers
and entries shall be respectively be substituted, namely:-
“1. Ms. Neel Kamal Darbari - Chairperson
4. Shri Susanta Kumar Purohit - Director (Joint Secretary, Department of Chemicals and
Petrochemicals)”
