(B) under the JPM Act, 1987 have decided to constitute the Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) as per the following composition:— i. Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India Chairman ii. Secretary, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India or his - Member Representative not below the rank of Joint Secretary iii. Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India or his - Member Representative not below the rank of Joint Secretary iv. Secretary, Department of Expenditure, Government of India or his Representative not - Member below the rank of Joint Secretary v. Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals, Government of India or his - Member Representative not below the rank of Joint Secretary vi. Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India or - Member his Representative not below the rank of Joint Secretary vii. Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change or his Representative - Member not below the rank of Joint Secretary viii.
