NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th January, 2026
S.O. 773(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002,
and in continuation of the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways
S.O. 141 (E) dated 7th January, 2025, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import
petroleum in public interest, hereby extends the notification for Hazira Port in Gujarat {M/s Adani Hazira
Port Limited} for importing petroleum into India by sea in accordance with operations permitted in
Navigational Safety at Ports Committee (NSPC) certificate number NSPC/047/2022 dated 14.03.2022 for
the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2028.
