और केन्दद्र ीय सरकार को यह प्रतीत होता ह ै कक ऐसी पाइपलाइनों को जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए, इस अजधसूचना
के साथ उपाबद्ध सारणी म ें वर्णणत भूजम म ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अजसन करना आवश् यक ह;ै
अत: अब, केन्द द्रीय स रकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाइपलाइन (भूजम उपयोग के अजधकार का अजसन) अजधजनयम,
1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इसम ें उपयोग के अजधकार का
अजसन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती ह;ै
उि भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजि, राजपत्र म ें इस अजधसचू ना के प्रकािन की तारीख स े इक्कीस कदन के भीतर,
उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा (5) की उपधारा (1) के अधीन पवू ोक्त प्रयोजन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के उपयोग पर आक्षपे कर
सकता ह ै;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2022
S.O. 6063(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest for
laying of tailing pipeline and return water pipeline from the Beneficiation Plant located at Dabuna to Tailing Dam
located at Sankari in District Keonjhar, Odisha by M/s. ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Limited;
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipelines, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette may object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of
section 5 of the said Act;
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, the Spl. Land Acquisition Officer,
D.B. Rail Link, Keonjhar District, Odisha, Pin – 758001, (email: slaodbrl@gmail.com Mobile No: +917504187776) in
writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being
heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such
further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 11
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (3) of section 5 of the said Act shall be final;
The land plan and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
