S.O. 5325(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub Section 4(b) of Section 3 of National Jute Board Act,
2008(No.12 of 2009) and in continuation to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles
S.O. 3839(E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (II) dated 28.08.2023,
Government of India hereby nominates Shri Samik Bhattacharya, Member of Rajya Sabha to serve as member on the
Board of National Jute Board for a period of two years from the date of the Notification.
