Short title and commencement.─(1) This Order may be called the Ortho Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ortho Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2021, after the table, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- “Provided that, nothing in this Order shall apply to the Ortho Phosphoric Acid when used as raw material in production of fertilizers.” [F.
