G.S.R. 72(E).— In pursuance of sub-section (4) of section 14 of the Telecommunications Act, 2023
(44 of 2023), the Central Government hereby authorises the following officers mentioned in column (3) of the Table
below, of the State Governments and Union Territories Administrations specified in column (2) to act as officers
authorised to take any coercive action, such as sealing, preventing access, or forcible shutdown of the telecommunication
network established by an authorised entity, except where such actions may be necessary to deal with any natural disaster
