2. मौिूदा आदेिों/अनुदेिों के अनसु ार ए तथा बी प्रकार के बोरे, जिनका आकार 94 सेमीx 57समे ी/एचडी, द्रव्यमान प्रजत बोरे 580 ग्राम हो, अंजतम जसरे प्रजत डी.एम. तथा पैक्स प्रजत डी.एम. िैसा कक भा.मा. ब्यूरो के जवजनदेिन संख्या भा.मा.16186:2014 के साथ अजतररि पहचान जचह्न के अनुरूप हो, को िलु ाई, 2026 माह के दौरान खरीदा या बचे ा िाएगा। 5657 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

3. प्रत् यके बोरे पर पटसन आयिु कायाालय, कोलकाता द्वारा िारी पीसीएसओ में मुंकद्रत/जचजह्नत जवजनर्दाष्ट प्रतीक के साथ जवजनमााता जमल का मुकद्रत नाम के साथ भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो का प्रमाणन जचह्न होगा। औसत तयूनतम भंिन क्षमता (Breaking Strength) भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो द्वारा दी गई उपयुाि दरों के अनुसार होगी।

NOTIFICATION Kolkata, the 20th July, 2026 S.O. 4083(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause-3(6) of the Jute and Jute Textiles Control Order, 2016, I, Neeraj Kulhari, Deputy Jute Commissioner, hereby FINALLY fix the maximum ex-factory price for the 580gm ‘Type-A & ‘Type-B’ Jute Bags which are as follows:

2. Type A & Type B bags of the size 94cm x 57 cm/HD., 580 gm mass per bags, ends per dim, pecks per dm., as

specified in the BIS Specification IS: 16186:2014 respectively with additional identification marking as per extant orders/instructions, shall be purchased or sold during the month of July, 2026.

3. Every bag is to be printed/ marked with emblem to specified in the PCSO issued by the O/o Jute Commissioner, Kolkata with the name of the manufacturing mill printed on it as well as BIS certification marking. The average minimum breaking strength shall be as provided in the aforesaid specification of BIS.

4. The price fixed under this Notification shall be exclusive of GST which shall be payable as per applicable law in addition to the ex-factory price by the purchaser. [F.
