Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal Group ‘C’ posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal Group ‘C’ posts Recruitment Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred as the said rules), in the Schedule, at serial No. 5, in column (2) relating to the number of posts of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade), for the figure “5 (2017)”, the figure “1 (2021)” shall be substituted; 3.
