L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-18082026-275540 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D8H0x8x2x0 26-275540 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4363] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रिार, अगस्ट्त 14, 2026/श्रािण 23, 1948 No. 4363] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 2026/SHRAVAN 23, 1948 खान मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 14 अगस्ट् त, 2026 का.आ. 4543(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, खान और खजनि (जिकास और जिजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 26 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और संखयांक का. आ. 3847 (अ), तारीख 09 जसतम्बर, 2024 द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र म ें प्रकाजित भारत सरकार, खान मंत्रालय की अजधसूचनाओं का अजधक्रमण करत े हुए, उन बातों के जसिाय जिन्द्ह ें ऐस े अजधक्रमण स े पूि व दकया गया ह ै या करन े का लोप दकया गया है, रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख स े जनिेि िेती ह ै दक उि अजधजनयम की धारा 10ख की उपधारा (3) तथा (4) के परंतुकों, धारा 11 की उपधारा (4) और (5) के परंतुकों तथा धारा 11घ एिं खजनि (नीलामी) जनयम, 2015, के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार की िजियां श्री किम संिीप िसंत, संयुि सजचि, भारत सरकार, खान मंत्रालय द्वारा भी प्रयोग करने योग्य होंगी। 2. उि िजियों का प्रयोग करने के प्रयोिन से उि अजधकारी को "नामजनर्िष्टव अजधकारी" के रूप म ेंिाना िाएगा। 3. उि अजधकारी केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर दिए िाने िाले जलजखत जनििे से बाध्य होगा। [फा. सं. एम.VI—1/3/2023-खान-VI] कुलिीर ससंह यािि, संयुि सजचि 6323 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th August, 2026 S.O. 4543(E).—WHEREAS, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Mines, published in the Gazette of India, vide number S.O. 3847(E), dated 09th September, 2024, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby directs that on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the powers of the Central Government under the provisos to sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 10B, the provisos to sub-sections (4) and (5) of section 11 and section 11D of the said Act and under the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015, shall also be exercisable by Shri Kadam Sandeep Vasant, Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines. 2. For the purposes of exercising the above said powers, the said officer shall be known as the "Designated Officer". 3.
